When you start focusing on collecting feedback, choose the platforms where you’ll ask customers to share their feedback. No matter where they rave about you, having a testimonial page on your website is a great way to bring them all together.

Ask Your Happy Clients

One of the best ways to receive quality feedback is quite simple. Ask your existing, happy clients to review your mortgage broker services. If you feel a bit timid asking, keep this in mind—76% of clients say they are willing to give business reviews. Even better, ask for a review after you tell a client they are unconditionally approved! Catch them when they love you the most.

Host Contest Giveaways

Giveaways are easy to host and can efficiently give you testimonials. Follow these steps (and remember to follow RECA’s contest guidelines):

  • Decide on a platform and timeframe.
  • Email and share a post on social media that those who leave a review on one of your platforms during a given timeframe will be eligible to win a prize, like a basket or gift card.
  • Put those who left a review into a draw and randomly pick a name. (Tip: Live video draws on social media create excitement and show customers you’re choosing fairly.)

Acknowledge All Reviews

Responding to your reviews—both positive and negative—shows customers you’re listening. Also, show a little appreciation to everyone who writes you a review by responding—even the not-so-great ones (those are just learning opportunities!)
